Authorization
The undersigned is the registered owner or the operator of the aircraft described above, or is authorized to sign on its behalf.
The undersigned authorizes OffRadar to act as its representative for the following purposes only:
- to request that the aircraft's registration, call sign, ICAO address, position, and flight history be blocked, removed, or withheld from public display;
- to submit requests for the aircraft under any government program that limits the public display of aircraft data;
- to provide this letter and evidence of ownership or operation in support of those requests;
- to correspond with the recipient about those requests; and
- on the undersigned's written instruction, to request that any such block or limit be lifted.
Limits of this authorization
This letter gives no authority over the aircraft, its registration, its operation, or its maintenance. It does not authorize OffRadar to enter into any contract, accept any terms, or incur any charge on behalf of the undersigned.
Duration
This authorization takes effect on the date below and remains in effect until the undersigned withdraws it by written notice to OffRadar. A recipient may rely on it until told in writing that it has been withdrawn.
